Roni Bar-On

Mr. Roni Bar-On serves as a Director of the company since 2024 and also as Director of the  Company’s subsidiaries, Gazit Horizon and Gazit Brazil. Mr. Bar-On has extensive experience as a Director in public and private companies, including serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tamar Petroleum and as a member of the Board of Directors of Terminal X. Mr. Bar-On previously served as Chairman of the Audit, Financial and Compensation Committee at G City Ltd. Mr. Bar-On served as a member of the 16th, 17th and 18th Knesset and a member of Israeli governments, including serving as Minister of Finance, Minister of the Interior, Minister of National Infrastructure, Minister of Science and Technology, and as Chairman and member of leading Knesset committees. Mr. Bar On obtained an LLB from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and has been a member of the Bar Association since 1974.
