The group is one of the main international leaders in the real estate segment, focusing on projects that meet day-to-day needs, mainly assets anchored by supermarkets in major cities. In January 2024, Gazit Brazil, Completed the initial public issuance of Gazit Mall FII, Real estate investment fund, Controlled by Gazit Brazil, which holds most of the activity in Brazil.
Currently, Gazit Brazil is one of the main shopping center operators in São Paulo, managing Internacional Shopping, Shopping Light, Morumbi Town Shopping, Mais Shopping, Top Center Shopping, and Prado Boulevard, in addition is an investor of Shopping Eldorado.
