G City, formerly known as Gazit Globe, is a global real estate company that specializes in owning, developing, and operating supermarket-anchored shopping centers and retail-based, mixed-use properties in urban growth markets across Israel, as well as in North America, Brazil, Central Europe, and Northern Europe. The company’s shares are listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd. (“TASE”) under the “GCT” ticker symbol.
G City is a member of The European Real Estate Association (EPRA), and is rated by S&P Maalot (ilA-/Stable) and Moody’s Israeli Subsidiary (ilA3/Stable).
As of March 31, 2026, G City manages approximately 85 properties, spanning a total leasable area of around 1.7 million Sq.m, with a total value of about NIS 29.3 billion.
