G City, formerly known as Gazit Globe, is a global real estate company that specializes in owning, developing, and operating supermarket-anchored shopping centers and retail-based, mixed-use properties in urban growth markets across Israel, as well as in North America, Brazil, and Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe. The company’s shares are listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd. (“TASE”) under the “GCT” ticker symbol.

G City is a member of The European Real Estate Association (EPRA), and is rated by S&P Maalot (ilA-/Negative) and Moody’s Israeli Subsidiary (ilA3/Negative).

As of December 31th, 2023, G City owns and manages 93 properties spanning 1.9 million square meters of leasable area, with a total value of NIS 36 billion.
