Gil Kotler was appointed CFO of the Company in 2023, after serving in this position until 2015 inclusive.
Prior to this appointment, Gil served as CFO of Discount Investment Corp. and IDB Development Corp., managed the financial activities in the United States of El-Ad Group (Tshuva Group), and served as acting CEO and Executive VP of Business Development at Property & Building Corp. In his most recent position, Gil was involved in business and financial development at LabTech London Limited.
Gil graduated from Tel Aviv University with a degree in accounting and economics and qualified as a certified public accountant in 1995.
Gil completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
