Ostrobramska is the first residential investment developed directly by Atrium and is located on a landplot in the immediate vicinity of the Atrium Promenada shopping center – the Group’s flagship Shopping Center.
The construction of two buildings has now started, with around 200 residential units managed by the group itself in the PRS model.
In the first phase of the complex, a total of 442 apartments and 8 commercial premises on the ground floor will be built. The majority will be studio-apartments and one-bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 25 to 38 square meters. The architects and designers made sure that the apartment layouts are functional and meet the needs of future tenants.
In conjunction with the neighboring Atrium Promenada shopping center, the project fits in with the idea of a 15-minute city.
