Planning and construction of residential buildings in the Tel Hashomer South complex in Ramat Gan. The project will include the construction of 291 units in 6 buildings located on three separate lots. Two buildings will be erected on each of lots 132+133, consisting of 6 and 15 stories each. These will be built above two floors of a shared underground parking lot, for a total of 206 units. Two buildings consisting of 6 and 15 stories each will be built on lot 112, over an underground parking lot consisting of four floors, for a total of 85 units. The apartments will be designated for long-term rental, with half of the apartments designated for rent-controlled housing, and the rest of the apartments will be rented on the free market.
