Kremmertorget became Norway’s first “environmental shopping center,” when it was certified under the BREEAM environmental standard, upon its completion in 2012. In 2015, the center also became Norway’s first commercial space to be awarded with the BREEAM-In-Use certificate. Today, Kremmertorget is recognized as a modern shopping center whose satisfied customers enjoy frequenting its 45 shops and parking in its 430 parking spaces, opting to convene there, during their leisure time.
