Limor Shofman Gutman is a senior attorney with 23 years of experience and expertise in the fields of the capital market, securities law and corporate law. Limor heads the Capital Market, Corporate, and Securities Department of the Matry, Meiri & Co law firm. Prior to joining Matry, Meiri & Co. in 2015, Limor was a partner at the law firm of Goldfarb Seligman & Co., where she also served as Deputy Head of the Corporate and Capital Market Department. Limor obtained an LLB from Bar Ilan University.
